One step Forward, One Step Back

That’s an improvement. :) I was hoping for a bit more tumblr time today, but I had a camera malfunction that took a couple of hours out of my day. I had just taken a whole lot of photos of things to sell online. But when I connected my camera to the computer, there was a suspicious lack of action. After restarting the camera and the computer, trying different USB ports and checking the computer settings, I actually took a look at the camera’s connection site, and it was a mess. So I headed to Best Buy for a CF card reader and started up again an hour later.

Naturally, as soon as I began uploading pictures, the oldest called because she had left her tennis shoes at home. She wanted me to bring them to her, but I told her I was busy, and she was out of luck this time.

I was only able to get a couple of things listed today, but I made two sales this week, and hopefully I can get several items up tomorrow. The link, for those of you who asked, is: http://www.etsy.com/shop/PastimesVintage . I should have some inexpensive items like button rings coming soon. I did get a lot of other things done today, but they were peripheral to my main goals right now. It feels good to be working hard on a project. I’m not going to let all the pitfalls deter me. It will get smoother as it becomes routine.
